	American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators (AAMVA) Represents the state and provincial officials in the U.S. and Canada who administer and enforce motor vehicle laws by developing model programs in motor vehicle administration, law enforcement and highway safety.
	American Association of State Highway and Transportation Officials (AASHTO) Nonprofit, nonpartisan association representing state highway and transportation departments, with the goal of fostering the development, operation and maintenance of an integrated national transportation system.
	Association of Metropolitan Planning Organizations (AMPO) Transportation advocate for metropolitan regions, committed to enhancing metropolitan planning organizations' (MPOs') abilities to improve metropolitan transportation systems.
	National Association of Counties (NACo) National organization that represents county governments in the United States.
	National Association of Regional Councils (NARC) Serves as the national voice for regionalism by advocating for and providing services to its member councils of government (COGs) and metropolitan planning organizations (MPOs).
	National Association of Towns and Townships (NATaT) Provides America's smaller communities, towns and townships, and other suburban and rural localities a voice in Washington, D.C.
	National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) Bipartisan organization that serves the legislators and staffs of the nation's 50 states, its commonwealths and territories.
	National Governors Association (NGA) Bipartisan organization of the nation's governors, promoting visionary state leadership, sharing best practices and speaking with a unified voice on national policy.
	National League of Cities (NLC) National organization representing municipal governments throughout the United States, working to strengthen and promote cities as centers of opportunity, leadership and governance.
	U.S. Conference of Mayors (USCM) Nonpartisan organization of cities with populations of 30,000 or more, working to: promote effective national policy; strengthen federal-city relationships; ensure federal policy meets urban needs; provide leadership and management tools; and create a forum for mayors to share ideas.
