Our wide range of safety technologies are designed to support, not replace the driver. All tested Mazda vehicles achieved the IIHS highest award in safety, the 2022 TOP SAFETY PICK+. Along with being sold in the U.S., the CX-50 is exported to Canada and Colombia. This plant represents an investment of more than one billion dollars that Mazda has made in the North American market and will employ up to four thousand workers, with several thousand more being hired by suppliers. Mazda North American Operations is headquartered in Irvine, California, and oversees the sales, marketing, parts, and customer service support of Mazda vehicles in the United States, Canada, and Mexico through approximately 780 dealers.
