toXcel is a certified Small Business headquartered in Gainesville, Virginia, with staff located throughout the U.S., as well as in the United Kingdom and Canada. The firm was founded in 1999 to provide a full range of toxicological services to primarily private sector clients. In 2014, the toXcel Engineering and Behavioral Sciences Division was created to provide technical support to federal and state customers in the areas of transportation safety and operations, human factors, cognitive and social psychology, civil engineering, public health, communications and outreach, education, statistics, and other research topics.
