Through the support of Ford Driving Skills for Life, GHSA awarded the Oklahoma highway safety office a grant to conduct teen driver safety education program across the state. The program featured an app content, work zone safety elements and several hands-on events.

On May 2, 2023, the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) and the Missouri State Highway Patrol (MSHP) held an Equity and Engagement in Traffic Safety Summit to advance equity in traffic safety.

GHSA and Ford Driving Skills for Life awarded a grant to Utah to address the dangers and consequences of speeding with Utah teens.

With financial support from the National Road Safety Foundation and in partnership with IIHS, Maryland conducted a speed management pilot project in Bishopville, with success in reducing vehicle speeds.
